Janell Coskun is a mama to 2 children and 2 fur babies. She is a classically trained pianist and has traveled extensively. During Covid, she changed the course of her career to became a UX Designer and discovered her passion to creatively help small businesses streamline their user experience.

Freelance designer for various projects, including rebranding and mobile app design for small business in Austin, TX. Rebranding, research, web & mobile app design, e-commerce creation and digital marketing strategies for current clients in the Greater Sacramento, CA region.
UX Researcher for Hyperdrive Agile. Incorporated a modern aesthetic through 3+ rounds of user interviews, analyzed data through affinity diagrams, identifying themes, sketching, wire framing and prototyping. Improved website retention rate and attracted new users by implementing new resources and even features, to expand target audience.
UX Designer for Flexwise Health. Created software from infancy to delivery through 2+ iterations of research, wire framing, prototyping, and user testing. Increased design speed by acting as PM, collaborating with the client and design team using agile framework to ensure a quality delivery.
